Wine with a bouquet rich in flowers and fruits that recalls peach, apple and wildflowers. The taste is rich, with a good structure and body, with a clear acidity that makes it win over the time.
Excellent with meat dishes, above all boiled meat, but also medium aged cheeses and the traditional bagna cauda.
Period of aging in bottle of at least 6 months.
The fermentation took place at a maximum temperature of 32°C. The maceration of the pomace last 10 days and when fermentation is over, the products is racked and transferred in stainless steel tanks. The process of winemaking is completed with the malolactic fermentation. Subsequently the wine is kept for 18 months partly in tonneaux and partly in French oak medium toasted barriques.
