Intriguing for a toast, an aperitif or a cocktail at the end of the meal. Intense, definite with its citrus notes, white flower (acacia and linden), peach, honey and caramel. Full, balanced, sweet but fragrant, thanks to its vibrant acid content with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
