Bricco Garitta is the first wine entirely produced by Gianluca Morino at Cascina Garitina in 1991. It wants to express the pureness of the Barbera with some more months of aging in steel and bottle. Here, cherry and black cherry mix together in warmer notes that embraces the important structure of this wine that gives it an excellent longevity.

Winemaking
Cold pre-fermentation maceration for four days, later the mass is warmed up for a day at 27°C e the fermentation is prolonged for a week. Fine fermentation and malolactic fermentation in steel.
