The "Casalotto" grappa comes about because of the selection of the best grape-skins of the territory and distillated using the traditional discontinued method of copper steam-boilers. Once distilled it is matured in wooden barrels of different essences for 25years.
The grappa expresses a complex fragrances, ample and round with great personality. Incredible sensations of which tobacco, cacao and vanilla. It is rich and round to the taste. It confirms the sensations of the fragrance.
