With a few months fermentation the wine is transformed until reaching the 13 ° of alcohol content when the yeasts naturally stop because of the high osmotic power.

Winemaking
Fermentation at 28-30° with a determined addition of yeasts. Fine fermentation and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and subsequent transfer in wood. Elevation in wood for 24 months.
