The fondue is an excellent cheese cream, in this recipe pleasantly enriched by the presence of the sliced truffle.

Tartuflanghe fondue is one of the few cheese creams produced with no added emulsifying salts or preservatives. 

Ingredients

Fontina, milk, eggs and truffle slices.

Match
Excellent as a dressing in risotto and short types of pasta, to glaze the asparagus, cotechini and zamponi. Moreover, it is perfect to guarnish crepes and vol-au-vent or served hot on croutons of bread.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the fridge.
