The "Paolo Berta" grappa was a creation of the founder of the Company Paolo Berta, thanks to his passion and experience, and of the union of the skins of the Piedmontese grapes, Nebbiolo and Barbera, he began to distill this grappa of great personality and to conserve for the family the best vintages. Those coming from the best zones, are distilled separately using the traditional discontinued method in copper steam-boilers. Once distilled and assembled they are laid to rest for 20years in wooden barrels of different essenses.
The grappa expresses a complex fragrances, ample and round with great personality. Incredible sensations of which mature fruite, cherries, tobacco, cacao and vanilla. It is rich and round to the taste. It confirms the sensations of the fragrance.
