From the Sicilian sea, Campisi produces the best preserves and sauces that this land can offer.
In 1954 at Marzamemi (SR) in a small village tied to the traditions of processing fish, was founded this family company who has been tied to the sea for over a century. A vast quantity of fish is processed for example Red Tuna, Sword-fish, Ricciole, and the precious Roe (Bottarga),the Mosciame (ham of tuna) and various fish patès and pesti. The objective of Salvatore Campisi, the owner of the company, is to maintain the traditions and the processing of the fish which dates back to the Arab period in Sicily and of which are slowly dying out. This company dedicates itself to maintaining alive the historical products of this land.
