Snail meat 41.9% (type Helix), vegetable stock (water, salt, yeast, rice, palm oil, onions, garlic), wine, onion, carrots, olive oil, cornstarch, parsley 1 6%, garlic, pepper

Excellent as a ready-to-go sauce to create rich pasta courses and delicate risottos, or as an appetizer.
Store in a cool dry place. After opening keep refrigerated and use within a few days.
