From this variety of tiny, rounded hot peppers grown in Piedmont, together with tuna-fish we obtain this fabulous treat with a delicate and slightly spicey taste. An excellent appetizer.

Ingredients

Piedmontese hot peppers 35%, extravirgin olive oil 33%, tuna 25%, anchovies, capers, parsley, wine vinegar, salt.

Eaten as they are as a tasty appetizer.
Storage
Store in a cool dry place. After opening keep refrigerated and use within a few days.
