Ma visto che \u00e8 una ricetta gi\u00e0 vista e rivista, abbiamo pensato di renderla pi\u00f9 originale realizzandola come finger food, per un capodanno giovane e fuori dagli schemi!<\/p>\n<p>Per realizzarli ti basteranno 2 semplici ingredienti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shopiemonte.com\/lenticchie-selezionate-da-shopiemonte-3919?search_query=lenticchie&amp;results=20\">Lenticchie Selezionate da Shopiemonte<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shopiemonte.com\/cotechino-cotto-1825?search_query=cotechino&amp;results=2\">Cotechino Cotto <\/a>di Agrisalumeria Luiset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Iniziate facendo cuocere le Lenticchie per 30 minuti in acqua salata con una foglia d&#8217;alloro.<\/p>\n<p>Nel frattempo scaldate il cotechino, gi\u00e0 cotto e ancora confezionato, per 15 minuti in acqua\u00a0calda; trascorso il tempo necessario toglietelo dalla busta e tagliatelo a cubetti.<\/p>\n<p>Una volta cotte, togliete le lenticchie dal fuoco, scolatele e frullatele in modo da creare una crema.
