The best apricots of the Prunotto Mariangela's farm, grown in the orchards of Alba and Langhe, are harvested at the right point of ripeness and processed after a few hours, adding the natural "light" syrup made with water and brown sugar.

They are excellent to taste naturally, simply by opening the jar, or to prepare delicious desserts, or on ice cream. The syrup is excellent to drink naturally but is exalted in the preparation of refined cocktails!
