In the vineyards of Cocconato (Asti county), all exposed to south-southeast and certified as organic by the ICEA, are grown the Barbera grapes from which this wine is produced.
The maximum production of wine per hectare obtained from San Sebastiano vineyard, after accurate thinning in august, is of 50 hl. It has a deep ruby red colour.
The perfume is full with notes of red fruit and vanilla, extremely balanced. The palate is elegant and refined in a vinous bouquet. Various and continuous, it has notes of blackberry and vanilla. It is a wine of remarkable structure, suitable to many gastronomic pairing thanks to this unmistakable richness of perfumes and wideness of flavours.
