Description The bouquet reveals ripe fruit, blackberries, cocoa, plums and spices; the palate is full and fresh with very soft tannins.
- It partners beautifully with the traditional winter Piedmontese dishes, such as boiled meats, sausage and lentil stew, cardoon flan, and the bagna caoda.

- In various French oak and Slavonian oak barrels for around 7/8 months. The wine is bottled in early summer and sold a few months later.
- The fermentation lasts around 20 days in steel tanks with frequent pumpovers. The malolactic fermentation in wooden barrels lasts until December.
