This surprisingly news is the result of years of research and experiments. A new technique has been developed: it will be possible to store the truffle for long period of time, keeping its characteristics intact.
The unmistakable aroma and the taste of the truffle are released when the product is rehydrated, liberating its characteristic aromatic bouquet typical of the finest black truffles.
100% dehydrated winter black truffle (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.).
- The slices of dehydrated truffle noH2O have to be added at the end of the preparation, exactly as with the fresh truffle. To better enjoy its taste, crumble the slices on the hot meal and wait for 2-3 minutes, the exact time for the heat to rehydrate the truffle and release its unmistakable aromatic notes. To taste on any type of pasta, in particular egg pasta, risotto, vegetables creams, cheese fondue, eggs, potatoes and mashed potatoes and with the hot meals that marry with the truffle.
