This blue cheese is a mature cheese made exclusively from organic Piedmontese cow's milk.
This traditional cheese has a soft and creamy consistency and the characteristic blue veins. It has a pleasant tangy taste and an intense fresh cow’s milk taste.

- This great soft cheese should be tasted with a glass of full-bodied red wine or a well-balanced beer. We suggest serving it on a cheese platter with some chutneys, preserves and honey.
