Goat's Caciotta is an organic semi-matured cheese made with only quality Piedmontese goat’s milk.
This cheese has a white colour, a soft texture and a mild flavour. It brings you all the characteristics of goat’s milk: its lightness and the unique flavour.

It has a distinctive sharp and goaty aroma of goat’s milk.
