Bio Cow's Caciotta with Rosemary is a semi-mature organic cheese made only from quality Piedmontese milk. This typical cheese has white, compact and delicate pasta.
It contains the best of the organoleptic characteristics of cow's milk, between flavor, aroma and digestibility. With a strong character, the taste of fresh and genuine cow's milk is clearly felt.

- A firm, well-structured red wine or not too bitter beer are the natural companions of this cheese with a fresh and delicate taste. Try it together with jams for cheese, honey and brother-in-law.
