Wheat flour type "0" 36%, fresh eggs of category A from hens 27%, sugar 21%, butter 20%, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, Natural yeast 3%, pasteurized whole milk 1 %, cocoa butter, salt, flavorings.
- Alone or accompanied by a sweet wine such as Moscato d'Asti Spumante or one. To enhance the features of this cake, it is recommended to keep it in a warm place for an hour before drinking.
