This jam is made by processing the best lemons with the addition of cane sugar, which allows us to rediscover the true taste of the Mediterranean.
The "open sky" processing method is the classic method used since ancient times for fruit preservation. The fruit, in fact, after being carefully cleaned and washed, is simply cooked in the pot with the addition of cane sugar only.
In this way a product is obtained in which the flavor of the fruit used is enhanced to the maximum and by the artisan characteristics that only our grandmothers can match.
