- Do you ship regularly?
Despite the inconvenience and the current emergency, our logistics operators are working at full speed to process orders as quickly as possible, for shipments to Italy and abroad. The order fulfilment times (as well as the sending of the tracking number) could arrive beyond 72 working hours and shipments may be delayed.
- The tracking link is not working, why?
If your order is experiencing the aforementioned delay, the tracking link may also take up to 4 working days from the time of the order before being active.
- Do you have problems with stocks?
No, we currently have sufficient stocks to meet all needs and regularly place orders from our manufacturers. However, since the situation is still critical and constantly updated, we can only consider the current state. We do our best to keep the availability of the goods at the highest level possible. If a specific item is not immediately available, we are optimistic that you can still find a valid alternative on our site.
- How can I do at the time of delivery? Do I have to sign something? I'm a little afraid:
Even our couriers are rightly afraid of close contacts and at this point we ask you for the utmost understanding and cooperation. Collaboration in what sense? From the first email in which the courier informs you that they have taken charge of your order, you have the possibility to change the delivery address or, alternatively, you can contact us by e-mail with the request to change the address. Above all, try to be available on the estimated delivery date. If the 2 attempts do not go through, we ask you to react as quickly as possible to the mail from the courier who will inform you that your package has been placed in storage. Thanks to the link in the email you can request a new delivery to the same address or to an alternative address or contact us by email.
- Can I contract COVID-19 with your products?
Our operators work all day having a controlled temperature and using masks, visors, gloves and sanitizing people and environments. Offices and warehouses are sanitized following the health directives in force.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low as is the risk of contracting the virus from a package that has been moved, handled and exposed to different conditions and temperatures. As a prevention, you can still disinfect the neck and the packages contained therein with a simple disinfectant: in this way you will be sure that you have protected yourself and others. Clean your hands with alcohol-based products or wash them with soap and water. Avoid touching your eyes, mouth or nose.
- I placed orders with Christmas gifts: will I be able to receive my gifts in time? Will my orders arrive on time?
Given the many requests we are receiving and will receive in the months of November and December, we are organizing ourselves as best we can to ensure that all your orders are delivered by Christmas.
Shop Piemonte collaborates with several national and foreign couriers but the shipping and delivery system will certainly be put in difficulty, as happened in the previous months of the lockdown. For this reason, we invite you to place your Christmas orders on time and in advance, so that the deliveries can be completed and distributed over time.
