This rich and delicious tajarin are a Piedmontese speciality to be brought to your table and to be enjoyed with your friends. Served with a classic ragu sauce, duck sauce or wild boar sauce. Cook for 6 minutes in salted water.
Store at room temperature away from direct light. After opening use within few days.
