The egg pasta is made exclusively with durum wheat semolina flour. The masterly mix of semolina flour, together with all the other high quality ingredients, guarantees a product with a  unique taste and characteristics. The pasta is bronze drawn thinly and dried using the traditional method, at a low temperature and for a long time.


Durum wheat semolina flour, eggs 27%. It may contain traces of nuts, milk and dairy products.

Impress your friends with this fabulous pasta, cook the Tajarin in salted water for 6 minutes. Egg tajarin are specially thought to enhance their taste with truffle shavings. Excellent with Bolognese sauce or wild boar sauce.
Store at room temperature away from direct light. After opening use within few days.
