Extra Virgin Olive Oil of different varieties: Gentile of Chieti, Cicco, Leccino, Olivastro Crognalegno, Ascolana and Dritta, all distributed between Fossacesia Rocca San Giovanni and Mozzagrogna with a prevailing area of land that surrounds the San Giovanni in Venere Abbey. All the lands, that is to say, of the Abbey.

Extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle (tuber aestivum) slices.

An ideal oil for the kitchen. Ideal on raw and boiled meats, caprese salad, mixed salads, vinaigrettes and cooked vegetables. Also ideal for use in confectionery.
