The collection by hand of the olives and the cold pressing still occurs in respect of the oil tradition and guarantees a product of finest quality. The obtained olive oil is green with golden reflexes, to the nose the taste of the olive join the delicate smell of raw vegetables, almonds, flowers and fresh fruit. A fruity, fragrant, delicate and harmonic flavour enhanced by the aroma of the white truffle. 


Italian extra virgin olive oil 99%, freeze-dried white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 0.15% (like 0.9% of fresh truffle), natural flavor.

Delicious on salads, pasta, risotti, meat carpaccio, meat fillets, cheese and eggs.
Its bouquet is of fresh vegetables, almonds, fresh flowers and fruit. The taste is fruity, delicate and harmonious.
