This extra virgin- olive- oil comes from an ancient oil mill on Lake Trasimeno. The harvesting done by hand of the olives and the cold pressing still occurs in respect of the oil tradition and guarantees a product of the finest quality. The obtained olive- oil is green with golden reflexes, to the nose the taste of the olive join the delicate smell of raw vegetables, almonds, flowers and fresh fruit. A fruity, fragrant, delicate and harmonic flavour enhanced by the aroma of the summer truffle.
