The "Extra" anchovy fillets in Olive Oil are a real specialty. The anchovies are aged in oak barrels with sea salt and when they ripen, they are put in jars in oil one by one.

Matching
They are perfect on roasted peppers or to flavor sauces for pasta and sauces. As a second cold, served with salads or boiled potatoes.
