The "Extra" anchovy fillets in Olive Oil are a real specialty. The anchovies are aged in oak barrels with sea salt and when they ripen, they are put in jars in oil one by one.
Salted anchovy fillets 55% (anchovy fillets 43%, sea salt), olive oil 45%.
- They are perfect on roasted peppers or to flavor sauces for pasta and sauces. As a second cold, served with salads or boiled potatoes.
