From patient aging in quality timber, Reserve 18:46 was created, the product of skilled blending whose name is derived from - more than 18 months of aging in the barrel number 46 – and refers directly to the founding date of the company.Vines: Barbera and Dolcetto.
Distillation: a batch process and subsequent aging for more than twelve months in Allier oak barrels. Extraction followed by the assembly and further aging for at least six months in Chestnut barrels.
