It is one of the most typical and famous Piedmontese sauces in which the parsley, anchovies and the hazelnuts are the main ingredients. 


Extravirgin olive oil, parsley 22%, peppers, anchovies 5%, hazelnuts, capers, balsamic vinegar Modena IGP, garlic, salt.

A perfect match with white meats, boiled meat and bourguignon. Excellent with goat cheese and hard boiled eggs. Serve over croutons.
Place of manufacturing
Serralunga d'Alba (CN).
Store in a cool dry place. After opening keep refrigerated and use within a few days.
