Hot chocolate is another specialty from Turin. This chocolate powder by Guido Gobino has a light and natural colour. The product contains small granules because it is completely natural. To prepare a cup of medium-dense hot drink we recommend a dosage of 35-40 grams of product per 100 ml of milk. Pour the desired quantity of powder into a small saucepan, gradually add the milk (possibly at room temperature) stirring gradually until the drink is smooth. When all the milk has been poured, put the saucepan on the stove over low heat and continue stirring until it reaches a light boil. Turn off the heat immediately and serve. We recommend not to boil the product for too long.
Sugar, low-fat cocoa powder, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter - cocoa: 75% minimum), potato starch. Cocoa: 47% minimum.
