It seems that these typical Piedmontese biscuits owe their curved shape to the regal mustache of Vittorio Emanuele II. The name derives instead from the homonymous liqueur in which they were often soaked. Today Galup chooses the best flour, butter and eggs to pay homage to these traditional treasures.
