The Colomba with candied pears and chocolate drops is a naturally leavened oven product. Covered with a hand-made IGP Piedmont Hazelnut frosting enriched with whole toasted almonds and pearl sugar.
- Wheat flour - Candied pear 13% (Pear - Glucose/fructose syrup - Sucrose - Concentred lemon juice) - Butter - Sugar - Egg yolk of class A 8% - Chocolate Drops 7% (Sugar - Cocoa mass - Cocoa butter - Emulsifier: soya lecithin, Flavouring) - Natural yeast (Wheat flour - water) - Emulsifiers: fatty acid mono and diglycerides - Whole milk 3% - Invert sugar - Salt - Natural extract of vanilla berries and natural flavors.
FROSTING INGREDIENTS 12%: Sugar - White egg of class A eggs - “Nocciola Piemonte IGP‘’ (Piedmont Hazelnut) 9% - Rice flour - Rice starch - Sugar icing (Sugar - Wheat starch) - Sunflower seed oil - natural flavors. Decorated with sugar grain 4% and whole almonds 2%.
May contain traces of other nuts.
