With the best vegetables grown in our lands in Alba and Langhe, the Prunotto Mariangela farm gets this delicious appetizer. It is the most typical of Piedmontese preserves which will then be served as an appetizer during the cold months. In fact, to cope with the abundance of vegetables in the summer season, this tasty appetizer was prepared, even if the preparation is long and laborious but the end result is truly exceptional.
