The Langhe Arneis DOC 2018 is a young wine which expresses its best characteristics in the first 3 years.
- Great for appetizers and light spring courses such as omelettes with wild herbs, savoury pies, vegetable soups, stuffed courgette flowers, dishes with freshwater fish and vitello tonnato. Also excellent as an aperitif.
- Bright straw colour.
- It is left on the lees for about three months. Subsequently, it is racked off the lees and naturally clarified in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled and cellared in bottles for at least 2 months before being sold.
- Grapes are de-stemmed and pressed. The following step is the settling or the flotation of the must. The racking off the lees and the fermentation are carried out at temperatures of 13/15 ° C for about 1 month in stainless steel tanks.
