Altalanga Farm was founded four years ago by an old man that loves his country. The union between the love for the earth and the organic cultivation of the hazelnuts, has created this new project. The secret and the tastiness of the Hazelnuts, besides the attention and the care during the cultivation process, is the natural sun-drying.
The Hazelnuts of Altalanga Farm are cultivated on the hills of the Alta Langa area, in the towns of Cerretto Langhe, Serravalle Langhe, Feisoglio, Trezzo Tinella and Rodello. Then they are transformed in a new workshop in the town of Alba.
