Thomas Kohl decided to cultivate apples at 1000 metres above the sea level, after leaving his previous job. His started cultivating apples on the tableland Renon, near Bolzano city. His idea was to create a genuine and high quality product using, as main ingredient, apples. His juice is made with one or more varieties of apples combined with other types of fruit, vegetable and berries.
