The baker of Rocchetta Tanaro produces bread, crackers and bread-stick since 1993.
In 1945 in Rocchetta Tanaro, in the heart of the Asti area, was established the bakery of Mario Fongo, the first baker’s shop that still nowadays takes out of the oven his delicious bread.
He is the typical baker known by the whole village, trustworthy for the genuineness of his products. His speciality are the lingua di suocera (typical large bread-sticks), hand-made sticks Rubatà (typical of Turin) and other types of bread-sticks.
His secret is the quality of the raw materials and the daily artisanal production.
