The Piedmontese pasta factory Pasta d'Alba was founded in 2006 by Dario and Rosangela who had the intuition of making available to everyone a pasta dedicated to those who care for healthy eating. The pursuit of quality together with their creativity has meant that this family-run company was born where artisan pasta is made.
The headquarters are located in the heart of the Langhe, in Diano d'Alba. It has one establishment dedicated to the production of various types of pasta with gluten, and another exclusively dedicated to gluten-free pasta, ideal for intolerant or celiac people. This pasta factory is certified for the creation of Organic, Vegan and Gluten Free products.
