In Puglia, in the heart of the Taranto peninsula, Tenuta Venterra is dedicated to the high-quality production of high quality, exclusively extra virgin olive oil.

The family-run company pampers every variety of olives with passion and energy to obtain a unique product in terms of shape, color and taste: the varieties of native plants that can be found are Frantoio, Leccino, Coratina, Pecholine and Peranzana and Ogliarola secular.

The estate is a fascinating place where the biological, ecological and energetically self-sufficient environment integrates with a self-automated collection process. The olives are harvested in the months of October and November, with delicate methods; the milling takes place in the same day, thus maintaining the natural freshness.
