The best fresh eggplants, grown in the Prunotto's gardens in Alba and Langhe are immediately processed after the harvest and transformed in a few hours into this delicious appetizer.
They are then cut and roasted directly on the grill and then put in jars and covered with extra virgin olive oil.

- It's a product ready to be tasted. It can be eaten as it is natural as an aperitif or appetizer, but thanks to its versatility it is also excellent for enriching salads or compound appetizers. Grilled aubergines are a summer classic!
