The soft wheat flour 0 by Mulino Marino is obtained from two piedmontese organic farming methods such as natural stone milling and cylindrical milling. The cereal are selected following quality, safety and biodiversity criteria and the grains are grinded in the respect of their original characteristics with no addition of preservatives, stabilizers and additives.
