Mulino Marino's durum wheat flour is obtained from the natural stone grinding of cereals from organic farming; in particular, rustic Simeto wheat from Sicily, Marco Aurelio and Achille varieties from Marche and Marco Aurelio varieties from Oltrepò Pavese.
The cereals are selected following criteria of quality, safety and biodiversity and are ground by its characteristics without additives, preservatives and stabilizers.
