The Christmas recipe by Cordero 1958 | Passione Italiana has a secret ingredient for its panettone: the corn flour added to the classic preparation, with dark chocolate drops.

From the Italian Panettone tradition and from Cordero's passion for polenta, this original and delicious Panettone recipe was made with corn flour.

It is incredibly good and soft (the portion of corn flour used, 15%, is gluten-free, so it is even softer and lighter). It has an inviting mixture, gold in color, and is covered with a delicious glaze of sugar and cocoa, and embellished with chocolate drops.
