This is the traditional panettone recipe Galup is covered with icing hand-made with IGP Piedmont Hazelnuts and stuffed with candied fruit and raisins. 
All raw materials are of the highest quality and choices through careful controls: fresh eggs from hens, wheat flour selected, fresh milk Italian, traditional butter, candied fruit and raisins certified quality of first choice. 
Panettone Classico is genuine, prepared with care, respecting both the excellence of the products that the craftsmanship of the production.

Wheat flour type "0" 37%, sultanas 16%, sugar 15%, butter 12%, 10% candied orange peel (orange peels, glucose syrup, sucrose, citric acid), egg fresh eggs of category a from free-range hens 6%, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, 3% natural yeast, candied citron peel of 1% (candied citron, diglucosio syrup, sucrose, acidifier: acid ditrico) pasteurized whole milk 1%, salt, flavorings.

Alone or accompanied by a sweet wine such as Moscato d'Asti Spumante or one. To enhance the features of this cake, it is recommended to keep it in a warm place for an hour before drinking.
