Ingredients
Wheat flour - Marrons glacès 19% (chestnuts, sugar, glucose syrup, natural vanilla flavours) - Butter - Sugar - Egg yolk of class A eggs 9% - Natural yeast (Wheat flour - Water) - Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids – Whole milk 3% – Chestnuts paste 2% (Chestnuts – Sugar – Vanilla flavours) Invert sugar syrup – Glucose-fructose syrup - Cocoa butter - Salt - Barley malt extract - Honey - Natural extract of vanilla berries and natural flavors.
FROSTING INGREDIENTS 11%: Sugar - White egg of class A eggs – “Nocciola Piemonte IGP‘’ (Piedmont Hazelnut) 9%- Rice flour - Rice starch – Sugar icing (wheat starch) - Sunflower seed oil - natural flavors.
May contain traces of other nuts and soy.
