- Soft wheat flour type "0" 37%, sultanas 16%, sugar 15%, butter 12%, candied orange peel 10% (orange peel, glucose syrup, sucrose, acidifier: citric acid), yolk of category A fresh eggs from free-range hens 6%, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides, fatty acids, natural yeast 3%, candied citron peel 1% (cedar peel, glucose syrup, sucrose, acidifier: acid citric), whole milk 1%, salt, flavourings.
- Alone or accompanied by a sweet wine like Moscato d'Asti or a Spumante. To enhance the characteristics of this dessert, it is recommended to keep it in a warm environment for an hour before consumption.
