A cake prepared with double rising of whole spelt flour and red fruits, following the revised recipe of the artisanal panettone. A delicacy for any period of the year. 


Spelt flour, berries in syrup, eggs, sugar, butter, yeast.

This cake is ideal for any occasion and in any period of the year thanks to the red fruits that give a fresh and innovative touch also during the hot weather. At the same time the icing, recalling the one of the panettone, hints to the winter period and to the meals with friends and family.
