This passito partners beautifully with aged or blue cheeses, especially if served with jam or honey. It is also great with pastries and desserts or served after coffee.

After being partially dried for two months the grapes are pressed and the fermentation is carried out in barriques (225 litre oak barrels) where the wine is left for 12 months.
