The Bunet is the most classical dessert in the Piedmontese culinary tradition, made of cocoa, amaretti and amaretto liquor. For the sweet lovers this granny style dessert is nowadays revived and proposed in the most important restaurants of the region.
This dessert is ready to be served. You just need to flip the jar upside down on a platter and gently remove from the mold.
Milk, amaretto biscuits (sugar, apricot almonds, egg white, lactose and milk protein, flavours, leavening agent: sodium acid carbonate), cream, sugar, eggs, cocoa, amaretto liqueur (alcohol, water, sugar, flavours, colouring: caramel), caramel (caramelized glucose and sucrose syrup), thickener: carrageenan.
It may contain traces of gluten and shell fruit.
